Start with a conversation

Ask how they manage now and what would help. Offer to share the routine, not to take it over.

Write everything down

List each medicine, dose and time, including vitamins and supplements. The medication list printable gives you a page to fill in.

Share one list

Send the setup from Oclo by QR code or link, so you both see the same list. Nobody needs an account.

Agree who does what

Decide who sets reminders, who refills and who goes to appointments. Use the daily care log if several people help.

Bring it to the doctor

Take the list and Oclo’s doctor PDF to appointments, and ask the pharmacist about anything unclear.

Questions

Does my parent need an account to share a list?

No. Oclo shares a setup by QR code or link, and neither of you signs up for anything.

Will I see when my parent takes a dose?

No. Sharing sends the list once; it is not live sync. Each phone keeps its own history, and the daily care log works well when several people help.
