How can we help?
Quick answers first. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will reply.
Reminders do not arrive
Check that Oclo may send notifications and that your phone’s battery saver is not restricting it. Some phone makers pause apps they think are idle; allowing Oclo to run in the background fixes most late reminders.
Move to a new phone
If Android backup is on, sign in with the same Google account and your medications come back when you install Oclo. You can also save a backup file (.oclo) in Settings, protect it with a password and open it on the new phone.
Restore a backup
Open Oclo, go to Settings, then Backup & restore, and choose Restore from file. Pick your .oclo file and enter its password if you set one. On a fresh install you can also tap “I have a backup to restore” on the first screen. Restoring replaces what is on the phone. We cannot recover a lost password, because we never hold your data.
Family profiles
Family profiles are part of Oclo Plus. Each person gets their own medications, reminders and history. Tap the avatar at the top right of any tab to show one person or everyone; reminders keep coming for everyone either way.
Remove the ads
Oclo Plus is a one-time purchase that removes ads. If you bought it already, open Settings, find Ads & purchases and choose Restore purchase while signed in to the Google account you used.
Delete my data
Everything is on your phone. Uninstalling Oclo removes your medications, reminders and history for good. Backup files you saved yourself stay where you put them.
Still need a hand?
Email info@risulabs.com. Tell us your phone model and Android version and we will reply in plain words. Please do not include medication names or conditions unless we need them to help you.
