How to use it
- Write the routine. List each medicine and its time of day once, then print a fresh sheet for every day.
- Tick and initial. Tick when a dose is given, note the time and add your initials, so the next person knows.
- Share the notes. Use the notes lines for anything the next person or the doctor should know.
What is on the sheet
- Person, date and who filled it in
- Eight rows for medicines, with time and initials
- A given box for every dose
- A how-the-day-went check row
- Four lines of notes for the next person
Share the routine instead?

Can I edit it before printing?
The PDF has blank lines to fill in by hand. Nothing you write is sent anywhere.
Do I print a new sheet every day?
Yes. The sheet is one page per day, so keep a small stack next to the pill box.
