How to use it

  1. List each medicine. Write the name and strength from the label. Ask your pharmacist if anything is unclear.
  2. Print at actual size. Choose “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”, so the boxes stay big enough to tick comfortably.
  3. Check, then fill the box. Write the number of pills for each day, fill the organiser, and tick the row when it is done.

What is on the sheet

  • Name and week-of lines at the top
  • A row for every medicine, with its strength
  • Seven day columns for the number of pills
  • A box to tick once the row is filled

Questions

Do all medicines go in a pill organiser?

Not always. Ask your pharmacist if any of your medicines should stay in their original packaging.

Can I print on US Letter?

Every sheet comes as A4 and US Letter. In your print dialog, choose “Actual size” so the boxes stay the right size.
