Your six checks

  1. Pick one refill day

Choose a time you are usually at home, such as Sunday evening, and keep it every week.

  2. Fill from a written list

Use your medication list, not memory, and ask your pharmacist if any medicine should not go in an organiser.

  3. Fill one week in one sitting

Have the packs in front of you and fill one medicine at a time, across the whole week.

  4. Keep the packs and leaflets

Keep the original packaging in a drawer or box. It tells you what each pill is if anything looks different.

  5. Match it to your reminders

Set an Oclo reminder for each time of day, so the compartment gets opened when the phone rings.

  6. Log it as you take it

Tap Taken on the notification. If a compartment is still full at night, History shows which dose it was.

Oclo is a reminder and logging tool, not medical advice. Ask your pharmacist how and when to take each medicine.
